About Guidos Labs

David Guidos

David began his career in computers in 1969 when he was certified in Systems Analysis by the US Army Adjutant Generals School.

He attended UCLA and in 1983 was a cofounder of SNAP Systems / School-Link Technologies which manufactured computer systems for school food service operations.

In 1986 he received US Patent 4,725,836 in digital communications.

David served on the technical board of a data standards organization for 10 years, and in 1999 he demonstrated that system on-stage with Bill Gates in New Orleans.

In 2016 he took first place in a Cisco Live Hackathon in Las Vegas for a system to help prevent bee colony decline.

Currently he designs applications for the Apple iPad / iPhone and in 2018 received a certification in Machine Learning / Neural Networks from Stanford University.

David was a Mountain Search and Rescue Team member for the San Bernardino Sheriff's Department in Big Bear, California.

He has an FAA Commercial Drone Pilot's License which he uses to fly missions as a Deputy Sheriff for the county where he resides in Georgia.

He and his wife Lisa own Guidos Labs, Victory Garden General Store and Red Dog Circle Ranch in Sylvania, Georgia.

For fun, David and Lisa enjoy riding motorcycles and exploring the world.
